SMC-A 24 f/2.8

This 24 mm ultra-wide prime lens used to catch a relatively large field of view in a film camera. On the DSLR it corresponds to the old 35 mm standard wide lens, but that does hardly make it any less useful. Although slightly lighter (205 gram) than the 50 mm prime, it is heavier than the 35 mm and sports a 52 mm filter thread against the 49 mm one of the other two.

I have not used this lens much yet, but it is a obviously a joy to handle, just like the 50 mm prime.
